Immunity Tea

A great way to boost your immune system naturally!
And because being sick is no fun, use it as a preventive method when the first signs of a cold arise or as a way to recover faster. If it doesn’t help, it won’t hurt either. The tea is delicious and very easy to make. Watch the video or follow the instructions bellow it.


100ml of raw honey

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

Pinch of pepper (or cayenne pepper)

A piece of fresh ginger (peeled and cut into small pieces)

Lemon Juice

500 ml of water


Mix the turmeric, cinnamon and pepper into the honey until you have a smooth paste. You can store the paste for a long time, so you don’t have to make it every time fresh.


Bring water to boil, add the ginger, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Strain it and let it cool to a temperature of about 40 degrees.


Add some lemon juice and a teaspoon of the paste and enjoy.
